Job Summary

A cloud infrastructure solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Solutions Engineer in the Boston Metro Area.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and delivering responses to customer and prospect technical inquiries
  • Documenting customer feature requests
  • Delivering onsite and remote product and solution presentations and demonstrations

Required Skills:

  • Out of local region travel approximately 35%
  • Experience troubleshooting system level problems
  • Qualification in business or engineering discipline (BA/BS) required
  • Experience with enterprise applications, systems management, high-availability and/or backup solutions
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining a virtual infrastructure
