Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- 3-5 years of Internet and direct sourcing experience
- Experience gathering difficult passive candidate and company data quickly

- Strong ability to understand, interpret and relate technical requirements
- Proven track record of delivering a high volume of quality candidate leads
