Job Summary

An open source software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Specialist Solutions Architect.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the Sales team in the delivery and implementation of Middleware solutions
  • Identifying and analyzing customer business and technical needs
  • Understanding complex middleware solutions, design architecture focused on delivering value

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Spoken presentations
  • Experience working in a technical presales role in support of senior sales executives
  • Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret customer business and technical needs and explain to non-technical audiences
  • Passion for open source technologies and community-based development
  • Design and architecture experience with middleware solutions and application suites
