Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior SQL Database Engineer in Atlanta.
Must be able to:
- Conduct SQL performance optimization
- Perform configuration, tuning and maintenance of a growing SQL database server's environment
- Implement and develop additional High Availability best practices
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 Days working remotely
- Must have Database Tuning experience, server configurations, queries, and indexes
- 3-7 years MS SQL Server Administration/Development experience required
- 2+ years' experience monitoring and tuning MS SQL Server databases
- Strong experience with database replication, failover clustering, database mirroring and T-Log Shipping
- Strong experience working in a Windows Server 2012+, Active Directory and Windows Clustered environment
