Job Summary

A marketing technology and services company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Staffing Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Act as a liaison between Client Management, Central Staffing, and Recruiting
• Partner with Client Finance team to ensure alignment on target margins
• Engage External Staffing Firms and/or RPO to quickly identify viable candidates

Required Skills:

• Comfortable pushing to get clarity on requirements and are exhilarated by “staffing tetris” i.e. solving the everyday puzzle of aligning team members with project opportunities.
• Understand the impact that staffing projections have on forecasting and decision-making
