Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Strategic Initiatives Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive Peer Learning Group engagement and deliver leadership development/coaching to participants
  • Lead development of strategic action plan and future-state outlook for market to address business needs
  • Ownership for all project management of program

Position Requirements Include:

  • 10% travel
  • 2+ years of experience with project management or project leadership
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience creating and delivering presentations to senior leaders
  • Experience managing or contributing to at least 2 process improvement projects
  • Advanced or higher level of proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
