Job Summary
A provider of software products has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting
- Support client configuration and share best practice advice on implementation and maintenance
- Manage one or more key assigned accounts as a single point of client contact and trusted advisor
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to extend field experience to different client situations
- Minimum 10 + years relevant Oracle Technology experience
- 5+ years of recent technical work with Data Warehousing
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience upgrading, patching and tuning OBIEE environments
