Job Summary

A data communication company is seeking a Telecommute Senior System Technologist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Servicing public safety and public service critical communications systems
  • Supervising cases and projects to increase customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

  • 10 to 25% Travel required
  • 10+ years experience as a System technologist or Field Service Technician
  • Strong working knowledge of Motorola radios systems and their applications by customers
  • Experienced with Smartzone /Astro 25 systems, Nice Systems, subscribers, etc
  • Ability to supervise ST's, subcontractors, and service partners
  • Knowledge of RF or IP is required
