A health care company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Systems Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating all technical changes to all environments
- Serving as the primary point of contact for support ticket escalations
- Working with end users in defining and understanding problem report detail
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of Siebel admin experience
- Experience working within validated environments
- Experience with Wintel and UNIX platform administration
- Unix experience is required
- Siebel Field Service module experience
- Solid communication and documentation skills, ability to work within a matrix environment
