Job Summary

An information technology and professional services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Systems Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience with Oracle and SQL Database usage, and general datacenter infrastructure
  • Required High knowledge of UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems, Cloud technologies
  • Experience with Application Performance Monitoring, JIRA, GITHUB, ServiceNow, and associated utility programs
  • Familiar with GitHub Development Platform or similar software collaboration and code repository tools
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related scientific/Technical discipline and 10+ years of work experience
  • Ten Years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (20 Years Total)
