- Recruiting for roles across the organization
- Managing the end-to-end recruiting process
- Developing, executing, and improving recruitment plans
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 or more years of experience with full-cycle recruiting or sourcing
- 2 or more years of experience with building a team at a startup or tech company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and track record of supporting managers and leaders across the company
- Ability to think rigorously and make hard decisions/tradeoffs quickly and correctly
