A regulatory strategy company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Wilmington.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Executing the Recruiting Strategy
• Proactively managing and coaching candidate relationships
• Managing the full cycle recruiting processes

Required Skills:

• Occasional travel
• BA/BS or 5 years related industry experience
• Minimum 2 years of Pharma/Biotech/Life Sciences recruitment experience
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
• Strong understanding of OFFCCP and EEOC regulations
• Ability to handle confidential information discretely
