Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Team Member Relations Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Assess situations and environments affecting employee relations
- Review and analyze facility employee and operational statistics
- Provide timely assistance in addressing manager/employee requests or complaints
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficiency level typically gained through a combination of a four year degree
- Five to seven years as Human Resources generalist
- Experience in employment law, conflict resolution, employee relations
- Demonstrated ability to conduct investigations and perform research
- Ability to communicate effectively and with sensitivity about employee issues
- Basic familiarity with principles of compensation, recruiting, and organizational development
