Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Technical Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Becoming the customer trusted advisor
- Proactively championing business and technical hurdles
- Coordinating and communicating the status of business impacting support issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel (up to 25%) via ground and/or air transportation
- Have a technical degree (CS/IT/Eng/ITSec) or equivalent experience
- Proficient with Git source control system
- Experience with CI/CD and automation and other configuration management tools
- Minimum 7+ years of customer-facing experience
- Strong consultative skills that guide and influence decisions
