Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Technical Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Becoming the customer trusted advisor
  • Proactively championing business and technical hurdles
  • Coordinating and communicating the status of business impacting support issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel (up to 25%) via ground and/or air transportation
  • Have a technical degree (CS/IT/Eng/ITSec) or equivalent experience
  • Proficient with Git source control system
  • Experience with CI/CD and automation and other configuration management tools
  • Minimum 7+ years of customer-facing experience
  • Strong consultative skills that guide and influence decisions
