Job Summary

A software technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Technical Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage a customer portfolio across many industries and use cases
  • Develop strategic partnerships to understand a customer’s business
  • Organize, develop content, and lead compelling customer business reviews

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel internally or to customer sites 30% of time
  • 8+ years of TAM or program management experience
  • Well-organized, excellent work ethic, attention to detail, self-starting and an ability to learn
  • Skilled at driving the deployment of software products or solutions
