Job Summary
A business platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Technical Contract Recruiter in Chantilly.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Sourcing applicants by way of referrals, networking, social media, job boards and other creative avenues
- Recruiting active and passive candidates, while maintaining a local network of potential candidates
- Documenting and maintaining candidate communication in an ATS/CRM
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to conduct some interviews in person
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the technical, government contracting arena
- Outstanding verbal communication skills are imperative
- Strong written communications are key to attract interest and communicate value propositions
