- Organizing, aligning, and clarifying different projects’ OKRs around the company goals
- Implementing and improving operational analytics, agile process reporting, and product data management
- Leveraging business analysis and operational analytics
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, or related
- 5+ years of experience with program management and project management at a software or tech company
- 3+ years of experience with business process improvement
- 3+ years of experience with business analysis and/or data analytics
- Experience with agile development, such as Scrum and Kanban, and software development life cycle
- Experience with requirements gathering and analysis
