Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Technical Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Build a vendor management capability to bring consistency and traceability to a large set of decentralized SaaS tools
- Measure expected and actual results and adoption for your programs and operations
- Use (or develop), manage, and adapt processes, team rituals, and tools to help teams balance innovation
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years working with well-run engineering teams at a tech company
- Experience with vendor management initiatives using data-driven decision making
- B.S. or higher
- An ability to operationalize sustainable programs and operations through automation and future-proofing process design
- Ability to identify gaps, unblock issues, and drive alignment between groups
- Familiar with software development processes, SaaS delivery models, IoT and SW/HW co-development
