An IT recruiting firm is seeking a Telecommute Senior Technical Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Focusing on providing information technology recruiting services
- Specializing in software development, IT infrastructure, cyber security, etc
- Other duties as assigned
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years of IT recruiting sales experience (proven track record, cold-calling leads)
- 7 + years of Federal / IT Recruiting Industry experience
- Experience recruiting on cleared positions (Public Trust, Secret and Top Secret)
- Must be able to effectively communicate with senior level executives
- Proven history of results acquiring new clients for recruitment/staffing firm
- Strong negotiating skills (pay/bills rates, direct hire fees, etc.) and strong computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office
