Job Summary

A public benefit corporation has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Technical Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Shepherd candidates through the process from first touch to close
• Source and identify candidates
• Build job descriptions and processes from the ground up with hiring managers

Required Skills:

• A deep understanding and demonstrated experience in inclusion and diversity initiatives
• Experience working with hiring managers to craft a role from the ground up
• Experience with sourcing, identifying, and sending cold-reach outs to candidates
• Experience at a small to medium sized company
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Experience leading candidates through the hiring process, from first touch to close
