Job Summary

A technology company specializing in credit reporting solutions has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Technical Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Develop comprehensive metrics to be shared on a regular cadence with engineering and leadership
• Create documentation to onboard new technical hiring managers
• Embed new processes into the company’s recruiting DNA to make a more efficient and equitable hiring process

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting with a strong track record of closing senior and/or “hard to fill” roles
• Experience sourcing diverse pool of candidates through multiple creative channels (via LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, StackOverflow, etc)
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, tools & platforms to speak knowledgeably to both hiring managers & candidates
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills - you have a customer-focused attitude to deliver the best candidate experience
