Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Technical Recruiter in Alexandria.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Posting, managing and prioritizing positions within our recruiting management system
• Coordinating interview process and obtaining feedback from hiring team
• Tracking and documenting recruiting activity in recruiting management system

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to work remotely 2-3 days per week
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years recruiting experience supporting job orders that require a clearance
• Clear understanding of the full life cycle recruiting process
