A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Senior Technical Recruiter in Charlotte.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing sourcing strategies that enhance diverse recruitment efforts
- Implementing a plan to adhere to business objectives
- Building and executing on sourcing strategies and engaging active/passive candidates
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Role will be remote from home office after the initial on-boarding process is completed
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of proven and successful full-cycle corporate recruitment experience
- 2+ years’ experience performing heavy sourcing and networking to find qualified candidates
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience for engineering roles
