Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Senior Technical Recruiter in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with hiring managers getting to know their business on a weekly basis
- Operating as an advisor and coach hiring managers on scaleable hiring practices and market trends
- Increasing the top funnel for urgent hiring needs and running with candidates in full life cycle capacity
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Partly remote and few days onsite
- 3+ years of experience in agency or in-house recruiting environment or prior sales experience
- Experience in a variety of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring expectations
- Expertise in sourcing, closing, and managing the entire recruiting life cycle
