Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Technical Software Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Provide a quantifiable and awesome customer support experience
  • Troubleshoot software problems in cluster and single server environments
  • Perform product tests and participate in internal QA and bug verification activities

Required Skills:

  • Ability to attend some on-site consultancy and training
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Experience with at least one programming language
  • Experience with Network fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, HTTP) and root cause analysis
  • Experience with Unix/Linux system administration, AWS, Docker and containerization
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, and SQL or NoSQL technologies
