A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Technical Sourcer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting the aggressive hiring quarterly goals for top-notch talent
• Sourcing across many product teams but primarily Engineers
• Keeping records of important data metrics

Qualifications Include:

• Technical recruitment experience in either agency or corporate recruitment environment
• Understanding of fast scale hiring volume
• Experience owning over 10+ requisitions
• Technically savvy
• Success with hiring senior talent that helps drive the business objectives forward
• Knowledge of how to read and find github profiles
