A staffing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Technical Sourcer in Seattle.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Entering and maintaining candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis
- Working with Recruiters to identify gaps in sourcing plan
- Identifying and implementing sourcing strategies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be willing to work 2 days a week onsite
- Diplomatic and tactful communication style
- Broad knowledge and demonstrated success utilizing Internet and Social Media strategies
- Proven success developing sourcing strategies for a wide variety of positions and geographies
- Ability to create competitive and demographic analysis for use in recruiting functions
- Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio
