Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Technical Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with clients on the development of business technology road maps
  • Handle existing customer engagements, escalated support requests and customer maintenance activities
  • Design, develop, test and support integrations between Dynamics GP and external applications

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Willing and able to travel; valid driver’s license and passport are required
  • Bachelors’ degree in computer science, operations, engineering, commerce or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in consulting, professional services or business development
  • Minimum 5 years’ technical or functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP
  • Aptitude for learning and mastering new technologies, implementing and upgrading business management solutions
  • Passionate advocate for delivering an excellent customer experience
