Job Summary
A global macrotrends company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing technical support to all internal technicians, engineers and sales
- Performing end to end technical risk review of projects
- Providing internal support to the team on Technical Risk review and product related issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Having 10 to 15 overall years’ experience post Bachelor or Post Graduate degree in Instrumentation or Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years strong experience in engineering, installing and commissioning of BMS / iBMS systems
- LAN/WAN networks installation and configuration
- MS Windows / MS SQL installation and configuration
- Experienced in troubleshooting and repair of wiring and electronic control equipment
- Practical experience with software applications like Visio, Seibel, MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
