Job Summary

An electronic communications company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reproduce customer issues and test potential fixes
  • Manage support cases
  • Diagnose and resolve application, database, operating system and hardware level issues

Required Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent job experience
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP
  • Knowledge of enterprise application deployments using Load-Balancer and Proxy servers
