Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Mentor and train customers on the service
- Lead interaction and collaboration with other teams
- Contribute to and use knowledge base repository of deployment best practices
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- The ideal candidate has experience with providing technical support for a software product
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable with Windows Server operating systems
- Experience configuring and administering Windows services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Javascript and HTML
- Knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy creation and maintenance
