A software company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Technology Editor and Writer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Editing articles, from content assessment to word-smithing
- Helping deliver hands-on, how-to content that technology pros find valuable, in collaboration with technical experts
- Developing story ideas with Content Central colleagues and with internal and external stakeholders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel: Yes, 25 % of the Time
- Proven editorial judgment and clear editorial vision. Proven editing and writing skills
- Keen attention to detail and deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and experience working with virtual teams
- Ability to work in a large company environment, balancing input and priorities from multiple sources
- Experience in web publishing
