Job Summary
A technical manufacturing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Technology Manufacturing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing leadership and management of field service representatives
- Monitoring customer requirements for technical service and support
- Ensuring that resources are effectively coordinated to produce a high-level of customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management or 10 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 7 years experience as a manager/supervisor
- Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service with an OEM
