Job Summary

An IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Technology Product Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the open source community and presenting the products in marketing and press events
  • Developing a community and market-driven strategy for modules, and maintaining a strategic roadmap.
  • Driving detailed requirements and prioritizing to ensure on-time, first-time-right deliveries and create raw documentation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Available to travel a few times a year
  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience as Product Manager in the SaaS/Enterprise software industry
  • A deep understanding of search and NoSQL distributed database management systems (DBMS)
  • A combination of technical experience and business knowledge
