A smart home services provider has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Telecom Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting hardware/software releases and upgrades
  • Providing escalated off-hour support via on call rotation 24X7X365
  • Monitoring telecom performance

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High proficiency in testing and troubleshooting TDM, SIP, VOIP and data networking circuits
  • Experienced in administration of a top telecom system On-prem or Cloud
  • Must have a solid understanding of both telecom and network cabling
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
