Job Summary
An IT and software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Testing Technician in McLean.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing UAT support for The Department of Education
- Working with Confluence, MS SharePoint and InVision Design
- Writing test management documentation (test plans, defect management reports)
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to attend on-site meetings at the McLean, VA Office
- 7 years of work experience active testing of complex (transactional) applications comparable to the FAFSA®, at least 3 of those years testing mobile-responsive applications
- 5 years of work experience writing test cases/scripts and hands-on software testing
- 5 years of work experience in writing test management documentation (test plans, defect management reports)
- 2 years of work experience in testing Agile software projects
- Experience working with JIRA project management and issues tracking tool
