A cyber operations company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Threat Hunting and Product Support Representative.

• Building and fostering symbiotic relationships with partners and customers
• Understanding customer business needs and use cases
• Ensuring customer issue resolution

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel 20% of the time

• 4+ years’ customer support or related experience with demonstrated accomplishments in the role
• Strong understanding of Linux, Windows, and macOS internals and administration
• Previous experience with a host-based protective or investigative product
