Job Summary
A provider of cloud-based software needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Training Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design education programs using classroom, virtual classroom, eLearning, and other modalities
- Develop supporting training materials
- Execute on the education roadmap to deliver course offerings to the market
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel to client locations throughout the United States and potentially globally
- 5+ years of experience delivering professional training through classroom or web-based training
- 2+ years designing and developing training curriculum
- Strong understanding in the ADDIE instructional design framework
- Ability to apply adult learning principles to the development and delivery of courses
- Experience developing curriculum in Camtasia, Captivate or similar authoring tools
