Job Summary
A privately held travel management company that handles both business and leisure clients is in need of a Remote Senior Travel Counselor in Phoenix.
Must be able to:
- Listen and lead the conversation to solve problems
- Connect with the caller to build trust and credibility even if the person is unknown
- Offer informed and insightful recommendations which provide the very best traveler experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Sabre proficiency
- Experience in the travel industry in a similar position or in a customer service center
- Proven ability to create international travel arrangements including air, hotel and ground transportation
