Job Summary
A corporate travel management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Travel Services Customer Service Representative .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide consultation on problem resolution and options
- Respond to requests accurately and completely
- Follow up on any pending refunds / vouchers from airline or other vendors
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in the travel industry in past 6 years
- Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules and client policies
- Proficiency at the Customer Service Representative level
- Proficiency in Sabre reservations system
- Understanding of ARC rules and regulations
