Job Summary

A corporate travel management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Travel Services Customer Service Representative .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation on problem resolution and options
  • Respond to requests accurately and completely
  • Follow up on any pending refunds / vouchers from airline or other vendors

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in the travel industry in past 6 years
  • Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules and client policies
  • Proficiency at the Customer Service Representative level
  • Proficiency in Sabre reservations system
  • Understanding of ARC rules and regulations
