Job Summary

A provider of information technology services needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Unified Communications Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Plan and engineer requirements and implementation of VoIP telecommunications networks/information systems
  • Support engineering and introduction of eVoIP/Unified Capabilities services to DISA customers worldwide
  • Work on all phases of solutions from analysis and design through implementation and support

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of VoIP Spiral initiatives among the FMLTC, JTIC, and other certified laboratory facilities
  • Experience in technical analysis white papers, engineering reports and technical briefs
  • Experience in operational engineering support, testing, and quality assurance
  • Analysis experience in AS-SIP protocol and other metrics which can assess the performance and quality of IP-based UC services
