Job Summary
A home health coordination company is in need of a Telecommute Senior User Experience Program Development Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and implementing business process and system improvements
- Defining program success measures and a plan to measure against them
- Acting as the enterprise subject matter expert on user experience best practices
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in roles in user experience
- 5+ years of business requirements gathering and design
- Excellent data analysis/ assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills
