Job Summary

A home health coordination company is in need of a Telecommute Senior User Experience Program Development Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing and implementing business process and system improvements
  • Defining program success measures and a plan to measure against them
  • Acting as the enterprise subject matter expert on user experience best practices

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in roles in user experience
  • 5+ years of business requirements gathering and design
  • Excellent data analysis/ assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills
