Job Summary
A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior User Experience Researcher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage research projects end-to-end
- Identify, define, measure and communicate user research insights
- Develop the case for optimization and new features; articulate value proposition, risk and strategy
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of front-end user research experience combined with a proven track record of delivering actionable user insights
- A collaborative team member: passionate about growing and sharing your skills to help other team members develop and refine their talents
- End-to-end experience with all aspects of the user research lifecycle (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting, communicating, budgeting research)
- Hands-on experience with: lab-based user testing, remote testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, ethnographic research, longitudinal research (e.g. diary studies), benchmarking, survey design
- Comfortable working at a macro vision level as well as a micro detailed task level
