Job Summary
A software and telecommunications company is seeking a Telecommute Senior User Researcher.
Must be able to:
- Act in a consultative and advisory role to designers, product managers, and developers
- Identify research topics and proactively plan generative and evaluative research
- Recruit and build a panel of new and existing users
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Possess a passion for solving problems and taking a human-centered approach to research, which can be demonstrated in your portfolio of work
- Have a deep understanding and experience with various qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and techniques
- Ability to self-manage, self-motivate and deal with complexity and ambiguity
- Experience managing and prioritizing concurrent projects involving multiple cross-functional teams
- Experience leading a variety of high-impact initiatives, contributing to the overall vision, strategy, and execution of our product
