An entertainment company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior User Researcher.

- Gathering both generative and evaluative feedback on designs and concepts
- Managing research from kick-off and recruitment to effective communication of the synthesized findings to stakeholders
- Aligning and collaborating with analytics to tell a cohesive story about our users
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and persuasively to cross-functional teams
- 4+ years of practical experience in applied research setting
- Expertise in, and knowing when to apply a range of research methods
- Practical experience in deploying qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Able to support findings and recommendations with design, usability, and cognitive principles
- Strong oral and written communication skills
