Job Summary

A software developer is seeking a Telecommute Senior User Researcher.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Advocating for users in key product and design decisions
  • Driving adoption of new research tools and best practices
  • Defining, planning, and executing end-to-end research working with project teams to iterate on new and existing features

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience using UserTesting, UsabilityHub, Decipher, and similar
  • 5+ years of experience working as a usability researcher
  • Extensive experience running exploratory and evaluative research projects
  • A track record of strengthening products over time
  • A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Research, Psychology, Social Science, Anthropology, Human Factors or related fields
  • Experience building consensus among stakeholders on research objectives, questions, desired outcomes, and approach
