Job Summary
A Christian child advocacy ministry is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior UX Mobile App and .com User Experience Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Acting as an advocate for children
- Leading developers, product managers & other development team members to apply creativity & skill in maximizing the user experience
Qualifications Include:
- Understanding and translates user profiles and personas into the digital experience
- Ability to lead holistic evaluations of current digital portfolio and prioritizes efforts based on analysis of research data
- Ability to analyze current user surveys, make recommendation to survey methodology and cadence
- Experience creating a cultural of experiments, a/b testing, and iteration that influences cross-department prioritization
- Wireframe and rapid prototyping capabilities with popular tools like Balsamiq, Figma, or adobe XD
