Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Veterans Health Business Development Director in Austin.
Must be able to:
- Support development of growth plans to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Obtain marketing intelligence and competitive data pertaining to potential targeted pursuits
- Conduct customer visits and perform research to understand current and emerging customer needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 15 years' leadership experience in defense, government services and/or other professional services
- Demonstrated success in leading and growing DoD and warfighter services business
- Knowledge of Government contracting and current acquisition trends and customer buying behaviors
- Knowledge of competitors and ability to model competitor behaviors in the market
