Job Summary

An education non-profit organization is in need of a Telecommute Senior Vice President Office Assistant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Strategically managing the SVP's time
  • Coordinating all travel on behalf of SVP and Chief of Staff
  • Ensuring SVP is adequately prepared for internal and external meetings

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel to in-person meetings in various U.S. cities (6-7 times a year)
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience required
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to effectively manage complex calendars
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of others and collaborate across functions to resolve unexpected challenges
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility
