Job Summary
An education non-profit organization is in need of a Telecommute Senior Vice President Office Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Strategically managing the SVP's time
- Coordinating all travel on behalf of SVP and Chief of Staff
- Ensuring SVP is adequately prepared for internal and external meetings
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel to in-person meetings in various U.S. cities (6-7 times a year)
- 1-3 years of professional work experience required
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to effectively manage complex calendars
- Ability to anticipate the needs of others and collaborate across functions to resolve unexpected challenges
- Strong sense of personal responsibility
