Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Senior Voice of the Customer Advocate.
Must be able to:
- Own and drive the Voice of the Customer function globally
- Conduct site visits to select customers for direct customer feedback
- Help develop solution options and facilitate the presentation and review of those options and recommendations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness to travel 25% on average
- Advanced troubleshooting and issue management skills to help resolve difficult customer issues
- Deep experience with whole project lifecycle, including managing customer and team expectations
- Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
